30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with My Teachers Toolbox for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first paid subscription payment.

This guarantee applies to:

  • First-time subscribers only
  • Both Essential ($19.99/month) and Professional ($29.99/month) plans
  • The first month's payment only

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within your 30-day guarantee period:

  1. Email us at support@myteacherstoolbox.com
  2. Include your account email address
  3. Let us know you'd like a refund (no explanation required)

We'll process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

After 30 Days

After the 30-day guarantee period:

  • Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • When you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period

Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. During the trial:

  • No payment is required to start
  • You have full access to try the features
  • You can cancel anytime during the trial with no charge
  • If you don't subscribe, your trial simply ends - no charges, no hassle

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription in your account
  2. Click "Manage Subscription"
  3. Follow the prompts to cancel

Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of:

  • Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated subscriptions and refund requests)
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent activity
